 Reactive Target Range System

AR500 Steel Targets- Two 12×20 x 3/8″ Silhouettes/10″/8″/6″ gongs

Our reactive target range system starts with having the right steel. AR500 steel and better is the gold standard in target shooting. All of our AR500 steel targets are CNC laser cut giving you the hardest edges. Moreover; with laser cutting,  you will also get a cleaner smoother cut. This allows us to put 1/2″ square mounting holes in the gong target so you can use a safe round head carriage bolt to mount your target.  Many target companies use the cheaper CNC plasma cut process. Plasma cutting can overheat the metal and change the hardness of the target leading to more edge chipping shortening the life of the target. We powder coated in white so they are ready for action. AR500 Reactive Target Gong Straps

Our reactive target gong straps are made out of the same tuff 3/8″ Ar500 steel as our targets. Each strap has two settings for lots of shooting fun. Leave the strap lock down and it acts more like popper system with a quick reset for follow up shots. Leave the strap lock open and the targets swing in a pendulum action when stuck making it much harder to hit a moving target.

20 degree 2×4 mount

Our 12×20 2×4 target stand system holds your target at a 20-degree angle safely deflecting spent shrapnel to the ground below the target.  The open hook design of 12×20 steel target stand allows you to quickly change your targets. Install the included grade 8 carriage bolt into your steel target with the lock nut and adjust so the target is properly angled.  As a result, the target can still move absorbing the energy of the shot while ringing like a bell. We designed the 2×4 tube so it fits the wood 2×4 eliminating it from having to be bolted on.

X-base 2×4 Stand Bases

With four 3/16” grade 50 steel legs and a footprint of 20”x30”, you will never have to worry about your 7×14 2×4 target stand system falling over.  The “teeth” on the legs will dig in and provide a stable platform on virtually any type range soil. We know that not everyone’s range time experience is the same. For this reason, we’ve designed this base so you can permanently leave it together or break it down for portability. Simply unscrew the two wing nuts and pull the legs off the 2×4 tube. Once you have done the initial setup, it only takes less than a minute to take apart for easy transport. This design allows for quick set and portability of your 12×20 steel target stand so when your done for the day you can quickly disassemble to store in a compact area or heavy duty duffel bag

Grade 8 hardware kit

Nothing can ruin your range time faster than a broken hostage target system. That is why we use a grade 8 carriage bolt to mount the silhouette to the 2×4 mount. By using this design, the silhouette can move which helps absorb the energy from your shot and provide a loud ring that will bring a smile to your face.

Steel Target Lok System

Never worry again about your  AR500 target bouncing off the stand with our included Target Lok system . Simply flip the lok down so it wraps around the 2×4 mount and your target is locked on. Want to remove your target? Simply flip the target lok up and lift the target off.
